The guilds

Some people closely related to the Anti-WoW League reported that some guilds' rules included a few things who resemble the following:
 
- You can apply only if you have extended availabilities over the next months (playing day in and day out, sometimes at least 10 hours a day!)
 
- You must possess physical and mental ability, good willpower, courage and motivation because, yes, at (insert guild's name here) we are ALL like that, and it's perfectly normal for us. You must be able to play a lot, every day, all day, that's how we work. If you think it's too much, (insert guild's name here) is NOT for you.
 
- When we hire, we hire people; your account must not be shared or leased, the access to the boards and to the Teamspeak line must be unique to you, and no one outside the guild must access its resources, otherwise you are banned immediately. You must communicate to no one outside the guild about our movements.
 
- In case of inactivity (even a week), you must advise a guild officer.
 
- To respect the schedules is compulsory: you shall connect before an event to be there on time at the designated area.
 
- Forty hours a week is the strict minimum. The average play time is 50 hours a week, are you capable to do it? More intensive play periods exist when a patch or an expansion pack is released.
 
- Requirements: Microphone and headset (no speakers)
 
Those kinds of regulations are absolutely ludicrous, sometimes we wonder where the limit between the group of players who share the same passion and the sect is. It also contributes to the addiction; therefore the guilds are one of the major hurdles that people who want to quit playing World of Warcraft must overcome to succeed.
